Welcome to MM. LaFleur! MM. LaFleur, Inc. (“MM. LaFleur”, “we”, “us” and “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. We have prepared this Privacy Policy to describe to you our practices regarding the Personal Information (as defined below) we collect from users of our website, located at https://mmlafleur.com/ (the “Site”) and online services (the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy will apply whether you are a “Visitor” (which means that you simply browse the Services) or a “Registered User” (which means you have registered to use the Services). Visitors and Registered Users are individually referred to as a “User” and collectively as “Users”.

If you decide to send a third party a hint regarding any of your Wishlist items or to invite a third party to create an Account, we will collect your and the third party’s names and/or e-mail addresses in order to send an e-mail and follow up with the third party. We rely upon you to obtain whatever consents from the third party that may be required by law to allow us to access and upload the third party’s names and/or e-mail addresses as required above. You or the third party may contact us at bonjour@mmlafleur.com to request the removal of this information from our database.

4. Use of Your Personal Information

(a) General Use. In general, Personal Information you submit to us is used either to respond to requests that you make, or to aid us in serving you better. We use your Personal Information in the following ways:

When we publish this content, we may identify our Users by their first and last name and may also indicate their home city. We obtain the User’s consent prior to posting his or her name along with the testimonial. We may post user feedback on the Site from time to time. We will share your feedback with your first name and last initial only. If we choose to post your first and last name along with your feedback, we will obtain your consent prior to posting you name with your feedback.

(c) Creation of Anonymous Information. We may create Anonymous Information records from Personal Information by excluding information (such as your name) that makes the information personally identifiable to you. We use this Anonymous Information to analyze request and usage patterns so that we may enhance the content of our Services and improve Site navigation. We reserve the right to use Anonymous Information and aggregated and other de-identified information for any purpose and disclose Anonymous Information to third parties in our sole discretion.

5. Disclosure of Your Personal Information. We disclose your Personal Information as described below and as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

(a) Third Parties Designated by You. When you use the Services, the Personal Information you provide will be shared with the third parties that you designate to receive such information, including your friends and relatives to whom you send Wishlist hints using the Site.

(b) Users. We will share your Personal data with other Users solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

We may share your Personal Information with third party service providers to: provide you with the Services that we offer you through our Site; to conduct quality assurance testing; to facilitate creation of accounts; to provide technical support; and/or to provide other services to MM. LaFleur.

LaFleur; (iii) to protect or defend the rights or property of MM. LaFleur or users of the Site or Services; and/or (iv) to investigate or assist in preventing any violation or potential violation of the law, this Privacy Policy, or our Terms of Use.

6. Third Party Websites. Our Site may contain links to third party websites. When you click on a link to any other website or location, you will leave our Site and go to another site, and another entity may collect Personal Information or Anonymous Information from you. We have no control over, do not review, and cannot be responsible for, these outside websites or their content. Please be aware that the terms of this Privacy Policy do not apply to these outside websites or content, or to any collection of your Personal Information after you click on links to such outside websites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of every website you visit. The links to third party websites or locations are for your convenience and do not signify our endorsement of such third parties or their products, content or websites.

7. Your Choices Regarding Information. You have several choices regarding the use of information on our Service:

(c) Changing or Deleting Your Personal Information. All users may delete their user account or delete credit card information from their account by contacting us. All other Personal information, maybe reviewed, updated or deleted by contacting us or editing their Account information via the Services. . We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

(d) Security of Credit Card and Bank Account Information. For online payments and/or Automated Clearing House (ACH) payouts, we may use the payment services of Braintree, a service of Paypal, Inc. (https://www.braintreepayments.com). We do not process, record or maintain your credit card or bank account information. 8. Changes to This Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is subject to occasional revision, and if we make any material changes in the way we use your Personal Information, we will notify you by sending you an e-mail to the last e-mail address you provided to us and/or by prominently posting notice of the changes on our Site. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon the earlier of thirty (30) calendar days following our dispatch of an e-mail notice to you or thirty (30) calendar days following our posting of notice of the changes on our Site. These changes will be effective immediately for new users of our Service. Please note that at all times you are responsible for updating your Personal Information to provide us with your most current e-mail address. 9. A Note About Children. We do not intentionally gather Personal Information from visitors who are under the age of 13. If a child under 13 submits Personal Information to MM. LaFleur and we learn that the Personal Information is the information of a child under 13, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible.
