Welcome to the M.M.LaFleur Inc. April 2025 Buy More, Save More Promotion (the “Buy More, Save More”) administered by M.M.LaFleur Inc. (“M.M.LaFleur” or “us” or “we”). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND M.M.LaFleur AND STATE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE Buy More, Save More. BY YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE Buy More, Save More, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. IF YOU DON’T AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS Buy More, Save More.

These Terms & Conditions are in addition to the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use, but only to the extent necessary to govern your participation in this Buy More, Save More. Capitalized terms not defined in these Terms & Conditions will have the same meaning as in the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use. If these Terms & Conditions are inconsistent with the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use, these Terms and Conditions will govern your participation in the Buy More, Save More.

1. About the April 2025 Buy More, Save More Promotion
M.M.LaFleur may provide certain loyal customers (each, a “Participant”) with a 15% discount discount on any purchase of $500, a 20% discount on any purchase of $750 or a 25% discount on any purchase of $1,000 or more with the use of a promotion code made during the Redemption Period. Participation in the Buy More, Save More is by invitation only and completely voluntary. Participants are selected at the sole discretion of M.M.LaFleur. Each Participant will be notified about the opportunity to participate in the Buy More, Save More by email. Products not included in the promotion are the following styles and colors:

2. Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the Buy More, Save More, you must have and maintain an active M.M.LaFleur account and be in good standing, be over 18 years old, and be selected at M.M.LaFleur’s sole discretion for the Buy More, Save More. Each Participant must be an existing customer of M.M.LaFleur and must have a unique email. Duplicate email address submissions are not allowed. M.M.LaFleur reserves the right to terminate and disqualify you at any time from participating in the Buy More, Save More if you don’t comply with these Promotion Terms & Conditions.

3. Start/End Dates
The Buy More, Save More begins on April 28, 2025, 6:00 AM ET and ends on May 1, 2025, 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). Your discount can be redeemed starting on April 28, 2025, 6:00 AM ET  and ending on May 1, 2025, 11:59 PM ET (the “Redemption Period”).

4. Buy More, Save More
To participate in the Buy More, Save More you must be an existing M.M.LaFleur customer and receive an email inviting you to participate in the promotion. To receive your discount against your purchase, you must have a minimum of either $500, $750 or $1,000 worth of M.M.LaFleur items in your cart and purchase using one of respective promotion codes SAVE15, SAVE20 or SAVE25 to take 15%, 20% or 25% (“Discount”) off your order during the Redemption Period. The Discount will be applied evenly across all applicable items during your checkout. Your use of the promo code will not be limited to a single checkout and can be reused on multiple occasions during the Redemption Period. M.M.LaFleur is not responsible for undelivered, misplaced or otherwise not received Buy More, Save More emails or orders.

All Discounts are redeemable only during the Redemption Period and issued at the sole discretion of M.M.LaFleur. Each Participant is responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges that may apply to any purchase under these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

By participating in the Buy More, Save More, you agree to M.M.LaFleur’s collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted M.M.LaFleur’s Privacy Policy.

5. Restrictions
In addition to the restrictions you agreed to in the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use, you agree that the following activities are expressly prohibited, and engaging in any of these will be grounds for immediate termination and disqualification from the Buy More, Save More and may lead to the forfeiture of existing Buy More, Save More invitations.

• All purchases of gift cards and gift wrapping products are excluded from the Buy More, Save More and will not count towards the $500, $750 or $1,000 minimum.

• Discount is non-transferable to others.

• Discount is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.

• Discount cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the Redemption Period.

• Buy More, Save More cannot be combined with any other M.M.LaFleur Promotion.

• Spam, bulk distribution of invitations, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of your Buy More, Save More invitations that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam under any applicable law or regulation.

• Fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the Buy More, Save More or Promotion Terms & Conditions.

• Selling, trading, bartering, or providing anything of value to your invite beyond the Buy More, Save More invitation, or otherwise using your Buy More, Save More Invitations or Buy More, Save More Discounts for promotional purposes.

• M.M.LaFleur employees and persons living in the same household are not eligible for the Buy More, Save More.

6. Additional Terms
M.M.LaFleur reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Buy More, Save More, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof). If we modify or discontinue the Buy More, Save More, we will let you know via email or by posting a notice on the M.M.LaFleur website. M.M.LaFleur will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Buy More, Save More. M.M.LaFleur reserves the right to amend, modify or waive these Promotion Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
