Welcome to the MM. LaFleur Inc. 2023 Offline Suiting GWP Promotion (“Offline Promotion”) administered by MM. LaFleur Inc. (“MM. LaFleur” or “us” or “we”). PLEASE READ THESE OFFLINE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS”) CAREFULLY. THE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND MM. LAFLEUR AND STATE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE OFFLINE PROMOTION. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE OFFLINE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS. IF YOU DON’T AGREE TO THESE PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE OFFLINE PROMOTION.

These Promotion Terms & Conditions are in addition to the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use, but only to the extent necessary to govern your participation in the Offline Promotion. Capitalized terms not defined in these Promotion Terms & Conditions will have the same meaning as in the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use. If these Promotion Terms & Conditions are inconsistent with the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use, these Promotion Terms and Conditions will govern your participation in the Offline Promotion.

1. About the Offline Promotion
MM. LaFleur may gift customers purchasing in a retail location (each, a “Participant”) with a top (the “Gift”) when such Participants make a purchase of 2 or more items within the Suit Assortment (the "Suit") between September 8, 2023 and September 30, 2023 in one of the MM. LaFleur stores, or during an MM. LaFleur virtual appointment.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Offline Promotion, you must be in good standing; be over 18 years old, and be a legal resident of the United States, and be selected at MM. LaFleur’s sole discretion for the Offline Promotion. The promotion can only be used one time per customer. Duplicate email address submissions are not allowed. MM. LaFleur reserves the right to terminate and disqualify you at any time from participating in the Offline Promotion if you don’t comply with these Promotion Terms & Conditions.

3. Start/End Dates
The Gift Promotion begins on September 8, 2023 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on September 30, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Promotion Period"). 

4. Offline Promotion

To participate in the Offline Promotion, you must purchase two (2) or more Suit items to receive a free Gift, to be discounted at checkout by an offline stylist. Use of the Discount is limited to a single checkout and can not be reused on multiple occasions during the Promotion Period. M.M.LaFleur is not responsible for undelivered, misplaced, or otherwise not received Offline Promotion emails or orders.

All Discounts are redeemable only during the Promotion Period and issued at the sole discretion of M.M.LaFleur. Each Participant is responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges that may apply to any purchase under these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

By participating in the Offline Promotion, you agree to M.M.LaFleur’s collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted M.M.LaFleur’s Privacy Policy.

5. Restrictions
In addition to the restrictions you agreed to in the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use, you agree that the following activities are expressly prohibited and engaging in any of these will be grounds for immediate termination and disqualification from the Offline Promotion and may lead to the forfeiture of existing Offline Promotion invitations.

• All purchases of gift cards are excluded from the Offline Promotion
• Taxes and shipping costs are excluded from the Offline Promotion 
• Offline Promotion offer is non-transferable to others.
• Offline Promotion Gifts are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
• Offline Promotion cannot be combined with any other MM. LaFleur Promotion.
• Spam, bulk distribution of invitations, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of your Offline Promotion invitations that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam under any applicable law or regulation. 
• Fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the Offline Promotion or Promotion Terms & Conditions will result in disqualification from the Offline Promotion.
• Selling, trading, bartering, or providing anything of value to your invitee beyond the Offline Promotion invitation, or otherwise using your Offline Promotion Invitations for promotional purposes will result in disqualification from the Offline Promotion.
• Limited to one Offline Promotion Gift per Participant.
• MM. LaFleur employees and persons living in the same household are not eligible for the Offline Promotion.

6. Additional Terms
MM. LaFleur reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Offline Promotion, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof). If we modify or discontinue the Offline Promotion, we will let you know via email or by posting a notice on the MM. LaFleur website. MM. LaFleur will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Offline Promotion. MM. LaFleur reserves the right to amend, modify or waive these Promotion Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
