LaFleur Inc. (“MM. LaFleur” or “us” or “we”). PLEASE READ THESE OFFLINE SUITING ALTERATIONS PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS”) CAREFULLY. THE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND MM. LAFLEUR AND STATE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE MM. LAFLEUR OFFLINE SUITING ALTERATIONS PROMOTION. BY PARTICIPATION IN THE OFFLINE SUITING ALTERATIONS PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS. IF YOU DON’T AGREE TO THESE PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE OFFLINE SUITING ALTERATIONS PROMOTION.

These Promotion Terms & Conditions are in addition to the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use, but only to the extent necessary to govern your participation in the Offline Suiting Alterations Promotion. Capitalized terms not defined in these Promotion Terms & Conditions will have the same meaning as in the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use. If these Promotion Terms & Conditions are inconsistent with the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use, these Promotion Terms and Conditions will govern your participation in the Offline Suiting Alterations Promotion.

  1. About the Offline Suiting Alterations Promotion
    MM. LaFleur may provide retail location appointment purchasers (each, a “Participant”) with a 100% discount on alterations made to the purchase of full-priced suiting item(s) (and only full-priced suiting items) made during an appointment in store during the Redemption Period not to exceed one use a month. Participation in the Offline Suiting Alterations Promotion is by invitation only and completely voluntary. Participants are selected at the sole discretion of MM. LaFleur.

  2. Eligibility
    To be eligible to participate in the Offline Suiting Alterations Promotion, you must be a new MM. LaFleur customer or have and maintain an active MM. LaFleur account and be in good standing, be over 18 years old, be a legal resident of the United States, and be selected at MM. LaFleur’s sole discretion for the Offline Suiting Alterations Promotion. Each Participant must be either a new customer to MM. LaFleur or an existing customer of MM. LaFleur and must have a unique email. Each Participant must book and attend a retail appointment during the Promotion Period. Duplicate email address submissions are not allowed. Each Participant may only use the Promotion one time. MM. LaFleur reserves the right to terminate and disqualify you at any time from participating in the Offline Suiting Alterations Promotion if you don’t comply with these Promotion Terms & Conditions.
  3. Start/End Dates
    The Offline Suiting Alterations Promotion begins on September 1, 2023, 12:00 AM ET and ends on September 30, 2023, 11:59 PM ET. (“Promotion Period”). Each Offline Suiting Alterations Promotion can be redeemed starting on September 1, 2023, 12:00 AM ET and ending on September 30, 2023, 11:59 PM ET (“Redemption Period”).
  4. Offline Suiting Alterations Promotion
    To participate in the Offline Suiting Alterations Promotion you must book and attend a Retail Appointment during the Promotion Period. To receive free alterations against your purchase a suiting assortment item, mention this promotion to your Retail Appointment stylist before checkout, and your stylist will add a discount code to your order to take 100% (“Discount”) off your alteration fee on the suiting item purchase made at that time. The discount will be applied on only items in the full-priced suiting assortment items during your checkout. It will not apply to orders made online or before the month of September 2023 in stores. You may mention the discount and have it applied to one purchase during one Retail Appointment in September 2023. MM. LaFleur is not responsible for undelivered, misplaced or otherwise not received Offline Suiting Alterations Promotion emails, mailers, or orders.

    All discounts are redeemable only during the Redemption period and issued at the sole discretion of MM. LaFleur. Each Participant is responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges that may apply to any purchase under these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

    By participating in the Offline Suiting Alterations Promotion, you agree to MM. LaFleur’s collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted MM. LaFleur’s Privacy Policy.
  5. Restrictions
    In addition to the restrictions you agreed to in the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use, you agree that the following activities are expressly prohibited and engaging in any of these will be grounds for immediate termination and disqualification from the Offline Suiting Alterations Promotion and may lead to the forfeiture of existing Offline Suiting Alterations Promotion invitations.

    • Items altered from the Offline Suiting Alterations Promotion are final-sale and cannot be returned for any reason.
    • Discount is non-transferable to others.
    • Discount is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
    • Discount can be used only on full-price suiting assortment items.
    • Discount cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the Redemption Period.
    • Offline Suiting Alterations Promotion cannot be combined with any other MM. LaFleur Promotion.
    • Spam, bulk distribution of invitations, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of your Offline Suiting Alterations Promotion invitations that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam under any applicable law or regulation.
    • Fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the Offline Suiting Alterations  Promotion or Promotion Terms & Conditions.
    • Selling, trading, bartering, or providing anything of value to your invite beyond the Offline Suiting Alterations  Promotion invitation, or otherwise using your Offline Suiting Alterations  Promotion Invitations or Offline Suiting Alterations  Promotion Discounts for promotional purposes.
    • MM. LaFleur employees and persons living in the same household are not eligible for the Offline Suiting Alterations  Promotion.
  6. Additional Terms
    MM. LaFleur reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Offline Suiting Alterations Promotion, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof). If we modify or discontinue the Offline Suiting Alterations  Promotion, we will let you know via email or by posting a notice on the MM. LaFleur website. MM. LaFleur will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Offline Suiting Alterations  Promotion. MM. LaFleur reserves the right to amend, modify or waive these Promotion Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
