Welcome to the M.M.LaFleur Inc. 20% Off Your First Order November 2023 Mailer Promotion (the “November Mailer Promotion”) administered by M.M.LaFleur Inc. (“M.M.LaFleur” or “us” or “we”). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND M.M.LaFleur AND STATE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE November Mailer Promotion. BY YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE November Mailer Promotion, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. IF YOU DON’T AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS November Mailer Promotion.

These Terms & Conditions are in addition to the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use, but only to the extent necessary to govern your participation in this November Mailer Promotion. Capitalized terms not defined in these Terms & Conditions will have the same meaning as in the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use. If these Terms & Conditions are inconsistent with the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use, these Terms and Conditions will govern your participation in the November Mailer Promotion.

1. About the November Mailer Promotion
   M.M.LaFleur may provide certain new customers (each, a “Participant”) with a 20% discount on the purchase of any full-priced item(s) with the use of a promotion code made during the Redemption Period. Participation in the November Mailer Promotion is by invitation only and completely voluntary. Participants are selected at the sole discretion of M.M.LaFleur. Each Participant will be notified about the opportunity to participate in the November Mailer Promotion by direct mailer.
2. Eligibility
   To be eligible to participate in the November Mailer Promotion, you must be a new M.M.LaFleur customer, be over 18 years old, be a legal resident of the United States, and be selected at M.M.LaFleur’s sole discretion for the November Mailer Promotion. Each Participant must be a new customer to M.M.LaFleur, and must have a unique email. Each Participant must receive a direct mailer inviting them to participate in the November Mailer Promotion. Duplicate email address submissions are not allowed. M.M.LaFleur reserves the right to terminate and disqualify you at any time from participating in the November Mailer Promotion if you don’t comply with these Promotion Terms & Conditions.
3. Start/End Dates
   The November Mailer Promotion begins on October 17, 2023, 12:00 AM ET and ends on February 29, 2024, 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). Your discount can be redeemed beginning on October 17, 2023, 12:00 AM ET and ending on February 29, 2024, 11:59 PM ET (the “Redemption Period”).
4. November Mailer Promotion
   To participate in the November Mailer Promotion you must be a new M.M.LaFleur customer and receive a mailer inviting you to participate in the promotion. To receive your discount against your purchase, you must purchase using code TREATYOURSELF to take 20% (“Discount”) off your order during the Redemption Period, or bring the mailer with you to your in-store or virtual appointment and show your stylist at checkout. The Discount will be applied on all full-priced items (and only full-priced items) during your checkout. For the avoidance of doubt, your use of the promo code will be limited to a single checkout only and will not be re-usable on multiple occasions. M.M.LaFleur is not responsible for undelivered, misplaced, or otherwise not received November Mailer Promotion mailers or orders.
   
   All Discounts are redeemable only during the Redemption Period and issued at the sole discretion of M.M.LaFleur. Each Participant is responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges that may apply to any purchase under these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
   
   By participating in the November Mailer Promotion, you agree to M.M.LaFleur’s collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted M.M.LaFleur’s Privacy Policy.
5. Restrictions
   In addition to the restrictions you agreed to in the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use, you agree that the following activities are expressly prohibited, and engaging in any of these will be grounds for immediate termination and disqualification from the November Mailer Promotion and may lead to the forfeiture of existing November Mailer Promotion invitations.

• All purchases of gift cards and gift wrapping are excluded from the November Mailer Promotion.
  • Discount is non-transferable to others.
  • Discount is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
  • Discount can be used only on full-price items.
  • Discount can only be used on first orders.
  • Discount cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the Redemption Period.
  • Discount can be used only once per Participant.
  • November Mailer Promotion cannot be combined with any other M.M.LaFleur Promotion.
  • Spam, bulk distribution of invitations, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of your November Mailer Promotion invitations that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam under any applicable law or regulation.
  • Fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the November Mailer Promotion or Promotion Terms & Conditions.
  • Selling, trading, bartering, or providing anything of value to your invite beyond the November Mailer Promotion invitation, or otherwise using your November Mailer Promotion Invitations or November Mailer Promotion Discounts for promotional purposes.
  • M.M.LaFleur employees and persons living in the same household are not eligible for the November Mailer Promotion.

1. Additional Terms
   M.M.LaFleur reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the November Mailer Promotion, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof). If we modify or discontinue the November Mailer Promotion, we will let you know via email or by posting a notice on the M.M.LaFleur website. M.M.LaFleur will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the November Mailer Promotion. M.M.LaFleur reserves the right to amend, modify or waive these Promotion Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
