Welcome to the M.M. LaFleur Inc. Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation administered by M.M. LaFleur Inc. (“M.M. LaFleur” or “us” or “we”). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS”) CAREFULLY. THE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND MM. LAFLEUR AND STATE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE MM. LAFLEUR BOTTOMLESS CLOSET IN-STORE DONATION. BY PARTICIPATION IN THE BOTTOMLESS CLOSET IN-STORE DONATION, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS. IF YOU DON’T AGREE TO THESE PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE BOTTOMLESS CLOSET IN-STORE DONATION.

These Promotion Terms & Conditions are in addition to the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use, but only to the extent necessary to govern your participation in the Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation. Capitalized terms not defined in these Promotion Terms & Conditions will have the same meaning as in the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use. If these Promotion Terms & Conditions are inconsistent with the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use, these Promotion Terms and Conditions will govern your participation in the Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation.

  1. About the Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation
    MM. LaFleur may provide certain customers (“each”, “Participant”) with a 20% Discount toward their purchase of full-priced item(s) from an MM. LaFleur showroom during the Redemption Period. Participation in the Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation is by invitation only and completely voluntary. Participants are selected at the sole discretion of MM. LaFleur. Each Participant will be notified about the opportunity to participate in the Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation via email.
  2. Eligibility
    To be eligible to participate in the Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation, you must be over 18 years old, and be a legal resident of the United States, and be selected at sole MM. LaFleur discretion for the Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation. Each Participant must have a unique email. Each Participant must bring workwear, purses, and/or shoes in usable condition to be eligible for the Discount. MM. LaFleur reserves the right to terminate and disqualify you at any time from participating in the Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation if you don’t comply with these Promotion Terms & Conditions.
  3. Start/End Dates
    The Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation begins on January 5, 2022 and ends January 15, 2022. (“Promotion Period”). Each Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation must be redeemed same day through purchasing from an M.M.LaFleur location (“Redemption Period”).
  4. Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation
    To participate in the Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation simply drop off in good condition workwear, shoes, and/or purses at a MM. LaFleur showroom location during the Redemption Period. Your qualified donation will make you eligible to receive 20% Discount (“Discount”) on your MM. LaFleur purchase made that day. To receive your Discount against your purchase, a promo code will be entered in your order during checkout. All Discounts will be applied evenly across all items during your checkout.

    All Discounts are redeemable only during the Redemption period and issued at the sole discretion of MM. LaFleur. Each Participant is responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges that may apply to any purchase under these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

    By participating in the Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation, you agree to MM. LaFleur’s collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted MM. LaFleur’s Privacy Policy.
  5. Restrictions
    In addition to the restrictions you agreed to in the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use, you agree that the following activities are expressly prohibited and engaging in any of these will be grounds for immediate termination and disqualification from the Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation and may lead to the forfeiture of existing Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation invitations.
    1. All purchases of gift cards and gift wrapping are excluded from the Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation Discount.
    2. All purchases of our January Founders’ Collection are excluded from the Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation Discount:

  1. Discount is non-transferable to others.
  2. Discount is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
  3. Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation Discount can be used only with a purchase of full-price items.
  4. Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation Discount is rewarded once per visit.
  5. Several donations result in one 20% off Discount.
  6. Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation Discount can only be used on orders made in a showroom location
  7. Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation cannot be combined with any other MM. LaFleur Promotion.
  8. Fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation or Promotion Terms & Conditions.
  9. Selling, trading, bartering, or providing anything of value to your invite beyond the Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation invitation, or otherwise using your Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation Incentive Invitations or Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation Discounts for promotional purposes.
  10. Limited to one Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation Discount per Participant.
  11. MM. LaFleur employees and persons living in the same household are not eligible for the Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation.
  1. Additional Terms
    MM. LaFleur reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof). If we modify or discontinue the Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation, we will let you know via email or by posting a notice on the MM. LaFleur website. MM. LaFleur will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Bottomless Closet In-Store Donation. MM. LaFleur reserves the right to amend, modify or waive these Promotion Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
