Welcome to the M.M.LaFleur Inc. March Retail 2024 (the “March 2024 Retail Promotion”) administered by M.M.LaFleur Inc. (“M.M.LaFleur” or “us” or “we”). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND M.M.LaFleur AND STATE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE March 2024 Retail Promotion. BY YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE March 2024 Retail Promotion, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. IF YOU DON’T AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS March 2024 Retail Promotion.

These Terms & Conditions are in addition to the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use, but only to the extent necessary to govern your participation in this March 2024 Retail Promotion. Capitalized terms not defined in these Terms & Conditions will have the same meaning as in the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use. If these Terms & Conditions are inconsistent with the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use, these Terms and Conditions will govern your participation in the March 2024 Retail Promotion.

1. About the March 2024 Retail Promotion
M.M.LaFleur may provide certain loyal or new customers (each, a “Participant”) with a 15% discount on one or more items from the purchase of March 2024 Retail Promotion items made during the Redemption Period. March 2024 Retail Products are limited to all full priced styles and colors EXCLUDING the following styles and colors:

Participation in the March 2024 Retail Promotion is completely voluntary. Participants are selected at the sole discretion of M.M.LaFleur. Each Participant will be notified about the opportunity to participate in the March 2024 Retail Promotion by email or advertisement on the M.M.LaFleur site.

2. Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the March 2024 Retail Promotion, you must be a new M.M.LaFleur customer or have and maintain an active M.M.LaFleur account and be in good standing, be over 18 years old. Each Participant must be either a new customer to M.M.LaFleur or an existing customer of M.M.LaFleur, and must have a unique email. The March 2024 Retail Promotion can only be used in store or through a virtual styling appointment. M.M.LaFleur reserves the right to terminate and disqualify you at any time from participating in the March 2024 Retail Promotion if you don’t comply with these Promotion Terms & Conditions.

3. Start/End Dates
The March 2024 Retail Promotion begins on March 9, 2024, 6:00 AM ET and ends on March 16, 2024, 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). Your discount can be redeemed starting on March 9, 2024, 6:00 AM ET and ending on March 16, 2024, 11:59 PM ET (the “Redemption Period”).

1. March 2024 Retail Promotion
   To participate in the March 2024 Retail Promotion, you must purchase one of the March 2024 Retail Promotion Products and a stylist will take off 15% at checkout off qualifying items in your purchase (“Discount”) made during the Redemption Period. The Discount will be applied evenly across all qualifying items at your checkout. Use of the Discount is not limited to a single checkout and can be reused on multiple occasions during the Redemption Period. M.M.LaFleur is not responsible for undelivered, misplaced, or otherwise not received March 2024 Retail Promotion emails or orders.

All Discounts are redeemable only during the Redemption Period and issued at the sole discretion of M.M.LaFleur. Each Participant is responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges that may apply to any purchase under these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

By participating in the March 2024 Retail Promotion, you agree to M.M.LaFleur’s collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted M.M.LaFleur’s Privacy Policy.

5. Restrictions
In addition to the restrictions you agreed to in the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use, you agree that the following activities are expressly prohibited, and engaging in any of these will be grounds for immediate termination and disqualification from the March 2024 Retail Promotion and may lead to the forfeiture of existing March 2024 Retail Promotion invitations.

• Discount is non-transferable to others.
• Discount can only be used in a physical store or virtual appointment.
• Discount is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
• Discount can be used only on the aforementioned items
• Discount can be used only on full-price items that are included in the March 2024 Retail Promotion terms. 
• Discount cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the Redemption Period.
• March 2024 Retail Promotion cannot be combined with any other M.M.LaFleur Promotion.
• Spam, bulk distribution of invitations, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of your March 2024 Retail Promotion invitations that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam under any applicable law or regulation.
• Fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the March 2024 Retail Promotion or Promotion Terms & Conditions.
• Selling, trading, bartering, or providing anything of value to your invite beyond the March 2024 Retail Promotion invitation, or otherwise using your March 2024 Retail Promotion Invitations for promotional purposes.
• M.M.LaFleur employees are not eligible for the March 2024 Retail Promotion.

1. Additional Terms
   M.M.LaFleur reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the March 2024 Retail Promotion, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof). If we modify or discontinue the March 2024 Retail Promotion, we will let you know via email or by posting a notice on the M.M.LaFleur website. M.M.LaFleur will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the March 2024 Retail Promotion. M.M.LaFleur reserves the right to amend, modify or waive these Promotion Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
