Welcome to the M.M.LaFleur Inc. My Shop February 2024 Promotion (the “2024 My Shop Promotion”) administered by M.M.LaFleur Inc. (“M.M.LaFleur” or “us” or “we”). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND M.M.LaFleur AND STATE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE 2024 My Shop Promotion. BY YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE 2024 My Shop Promotion, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. IF YOU DON’T AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS 2024 My Shop Promotion.

These Terms & Conditions are in addition to the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use, but only to the extent necessary to govern your participation in this 2024 My Shop Promotion. Capitalized terms not defined in these Terms & Conditions will have the same meaning as in the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use. If these Terms & Conditions are inconsistent with the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use, these Terms and Conditions will govern your participation in the 2024 My Shop Promotion.

1. About the 2024 My Shop Promotion
   M.M.LaFleur may provide certain loyal customers (each, a “Participant”) with a 10% discount on the purchase of any full-priced or sale item(s) with the use of a promotion code made during the Redemption Period. Participation in the 2024 My Shop Promotion is by invitation only and completely voluntary. Participants are selected at the sole discretion of M.M.LaFleur. Each Participant will be notified about the opportunity to participate in the 2024 My Shop Promotion by email, sms text, or through banner copy directly on the mmlafleur.com website. 
2. Eligibility
   To be eligible to participate in the 2024 My Shop Promotion, you must have and maintain or have had an active M.M.LaFleur account and be in good standing, be over 18 years old, be a legal resident of the United States, and be selected at M.M.LaFleur’s sole discretion for the 2024 My Shop Promotion. Each Participant must be an existing or must have been a customer of M.M.LaFleur and must have a unique email. Duplicate email address submissions are not allowed. M.M.LaFleur reserves the right to terminate and disqualify you at any time from participating in the 2024 My Shop Promotion if you don’t comply with these Promotion Terms & Conditions.
3. Start/End Dates
   The 2024 My Shop Promotion begins on February 22, 2024, 6:00 AM ET and ends on February 24, 2024, 10:00 AM ET (the "Promotion Period"). Your discount can be redeemed starting on February 22, 2024, 6:00 AM ET and ending on February 24, 2024, 10:00 AM ET (the “Redemption Period”).
4. 2024 My Shop Promotion
   To participate in the 2024 My Shop Promotion you must be new customer, an existing or have been a M.M.LaFleur customer and received a code inviting you to participate in the promotion through your My Shop website experience. To receive your discount against your purchase, you must be logged into your M.M.LaFleur account and purchase using the unique code in your My Shop to take 10% (“Discount”) off your order during the Redemption Period. The Discount will be applied on all sale and full-priced items during your checkout. For avoidance of doubt, your use of the promo code will be limited to a single checkout only and will not be re-usable on multiple occasions. M.M.LaFleur is not responsible for undelivered, misplaced or otherwise not received 2024 My Shop Promotion emails, mailers, or orders.

All Discounts are redeemable only during the Redemption Period and issued at the sole discretion of M.M.LaFleur. Each Participant is responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges that may apply to any purchase under these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

By participating in the 2024 My Shop Promotion, you agree to M.M.LaFleur’s collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted M.M.LaFleur’s Privacy Policy.

5. Restrictions
   In addition to the restrictions you agreed to in the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use, you agree that the following activities are expressly prohibited, and engaging in any of these will be grounds for immediate termination and disqualification from the 2024 My Shop Promotion and may lead to the forfeiture of existing 2024 My Shop Promotion invitations.

• All purchases of gift cards and gift wrapping are excluded from the 2024 My Shop Promotion.
  • Discount is non-transferable to others.
  • Discount is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
  • Discount can be used only on sale and full-price items.
  • Discount cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the Redemption Period.
  • Discount can be used only once per Participant.
  • 2024 My Shop Promotion cannot be combined with any other M.M.LaFleur Promotion.
  • Spam, bulk distribution of invitations, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of your 2024 My Shop Promotion invitations that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam under any applicable law or regulation.
  • Fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the 2024 My Shop Promotion or Promotion Terms & Conditions.
  • Selling, trading, bartering, or providing anything of value to your invite beyond the 2024 My Shop Promotion invitation, or otherwise using your 2024 My Shop Promotion Invitations or 2024 My Shop Promotion Discounts for promotional purposes.
  • M.M.LaFleur employees and persons living in the same household are not eligible for the 2024 My Shop Promotion.

6. Additional Terms
   M.M.LaFleur reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the 2024 My Shop Promotion, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof). If we modify or discontinue the 2024 My Shop Promotion, we will let you know via email or by posting a notice on the M.M.LaFleur website. M.M.LaFleur will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the 2024 My Shop Promotion. M.M.LaFleur reserves the right to amend, modify or waive these Promotion Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
