Welcome to the M.M.LaFleur Inc. Extra 25% Off End of Year Sale 2023 Promotion (the “End of Year Sale Promotion”) Terms and Conditions administered by M.M.LaFleur Inc. (“M.M.LaFleur” or “us” or “we”). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND M.M.LaFleur AND STATE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE End of Year Sale Promotion. BY YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE End of Year Sale Promotion, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. IF YOU DON’T AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS End of Year Sale Promotion.

These Terms & Conditions are in addition to the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use, but only to the extent necessary to govern your participation in this End of Year Sale Promotion. Capitalized terms not defined in these Terms & Conditions will have the same meaning as in the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use. If these Terms & Conditions are inconsistent with the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use, these Terms and Conditions will govern your participation in the End of Year Sale Promotion.

1. About the End of Year Sale Promotion
   M.M.LaFleur may provide certain loyal or new customers (each, a “Participant”) with a 25% discount on the purchase of all full price items made during the Redemption Period. Participation in the End of Year Sale Promotion is completely voluntary. Full Price items are limited to full price styles, excluding Frame denim, and recently released Holiday Collection styles. The recently released Holiday Collection items that are not included are:

2. Eligibility
   To be eligible to participate in the End of Year Sale Promotion, you must be a new M.M.LaFleur customer or have and maintain an active M.M.LaFleur account and be in good standing, be over 18 years old, and be a legal resident of the United States. Each Participant must be either a new customer to M.M.LaFleur or an existing customer of M.M.LaFleur, and must have a unique email. M.M.LaFleur reserves the right to terminate and disqualify you at any time from participating in the End of Year Sale Promotion if you don’t comply with these Promotion Terms & Conditions.
3. Start/End Dates
   The End of Year Sale Promotion begins on November 20, 2023, 6 AM ET and ends on November 24, 2023, 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). Your discount can be redeemed starting on November 20, 2023, 6 AM ET and ending on November 24, 2023, 11:59 PM ET (the “Redemption Period”).
4. End of Year Sale Promotion
   To participate in the End of Year Sale Promotion you must use code BLACKFRIDAY to take 25% (“Discount”) off purchases of full price items, excluding recent Holiday Collection styles and Frame denim during the Redemption Period. The Discount will be applied evenly across all qualifying sale items at your checkout. Use of the promo code is not limited to a single checkout and can be reused on multiple occasions during the Redemption Period. M.M.LaFleur is not responsible for undelivered, misplaced, or otherwise not received End of Year Sale Promotion orders.

All Discounts are redeemable only during the Redemption Period and issued at the sole discretion of M.M.LaFleur. Each Participant is responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges that may apply to any purchase under these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

By participating in the End of Year Sale Promotion, you agree to M.M.LaFleur’s collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted M.M.LaFleur’s Privacy Policy.

1. Restrictions
   In addition to the restrictions you agreed to in the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use, you agree that the following activities are expressly prohibited, and engaging in any of these will be grounds for immediate termination and disqualification from the End of Year Sale Promotion and may lead to the forfeiture of existing End of Year Sale Promotion invitations.

• Discount is non-transferable to others.
  • Discount is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
  • Discount can be used only on full price items excluding Frame denim and recently released Holiday Collection styles.
  • Discount cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the Redemption Period.
  • End of Year Sale Promotion cannot be combined with any other M.M.LaFleur Promotion.
  • Spam, bulk distribution of invitations, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of your End of Year Sale Promotion invitations that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam under any applicable law or regulation.
  • Fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the End of Year Sale Promotion or Promotion Terms & Conditions.
  • Selling, trading, bartering, or providing anything of value to your invite beyond the End of Year Sale Promotion invitation, or otherwise using your End of Year Sale Promotion Invitations or End of Year Sale Promotion Discounts for promotional purposes.
  • M.M.LaFleur employees are not eligible for the End of Year Sale Promotion.

1. Additional Terms
   M.M.LaFleur reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the End of Year Sale Promotion, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof). If we modify or discontinue the End of Year Sale Promotion, we will let you know via email or by posting a notice on the M.M.LaFleur website. M.M.LaFleur will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the End of Year Sale Promotion. M.M.LaFleur reserves the right to amend, modify or waive these Promotion Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
