Welcome to the MM. LaFleur Inc. Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation - May 2022 Donation Promotion (the “Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation”) administered by MM. LaFleur Inc. (“MM. LaFleur” or “us” or “we”). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND MM. LAFLEUR AND STATE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation. BY YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. IF YOU DON’T AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation. 

These Terms & Conditions are in addition to the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use, but only to the extent necessary to govern your participation in this Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation. Capitalized terms not defined in these Terms & Conditions will have the same meaning as in the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use. If these Terms & Conditions are inconsistent with the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use, these Terms and Conditions will govern your participation in the Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation.

1. About the Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation
   MM. LaFleur will donate 5% of sales (gross less discounts) up to a maximum of $5,000 total based on purchases of the below listed MM. LaFleur products in specified colors (“Mother's Day Donation Products”) by certain loyal or new customers (each, a “Participant”) made during the Promotion Period. 
1. Felix short - Light Truffle & Laurel Green colors only
2. Toni Top - Light truffle & Laurel Green colors only 

 

The Mother's Day Donation Products may be purchased via the landing pages linked above. Participation in the Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation is completely voluntary. Participants will be notified about the opportunity to participate in the Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation by email or social media feeds from MM. LaFleur and Welcome Baby.

 

1. Eligibility
   To be eligible to participate in the Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation, you must be a new MM. LaFleur customer or have and maintain an active MM. LaFleur account and be in good standing, be over 18 years old, and be a legal resident of the United States. Each Participant must be either a new customer to MM. LaFleur or an existing customer of MM. LaFleur, and must have a unique email. MM. LaFleur reserves the right to terminate and disqualify you at any time from participating in the Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation if you don’t comply with these Promotion Terms & Conditions.
   
   
2. Start/End Dates
   The Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation begins on May 8th, 2022, 12:00 AM ET and ends on May 15, 2022, 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”).
   
   
3. Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation
   To participate in the Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation, simply purchase one or more of the Welcome Baby Mother’s Day Donation products during the Promotion Period at any of MM. LaFleur’s locations or through the MM. LaFleur website. MM. LaFleur is not responsible for undelivered, misplaced, or otherwise not received Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation orders.
   
   

Donations will only be based on purchases of the Mother’s Day Donation Products during the Promotion Period. Participant is responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges that may apply to any purchase under these Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation Terms and Conditions.

All orders will be filled on a first come, first serve basis while supplies last. By participating in the Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation, you agree to MM. LaFleur’s collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted MM. LaFleur’s Privacy Policy.

1. Restrictions
   In addition to the restrictions you agreed to in the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use, you agree that the following activities are expressly prohibited, and engaging in any of these will be grounds for immediate termination and disqualification from the Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation and may lead to the forfeiture of existing Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation invitations.
   
   • Donation is non-transferable to others.
   • Donation is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
   • Promotion does not apply to orders placed outside of the Promotion Period.
   • Promotion does not apply to purchases of any other items except the following styles and colors: Toni Top in Light Truffle & Laurel Green, Felix Short in Light Truffle & Laurel Green
   • Spam, bulk distribution of invitations, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of your Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation invitations that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam under any applicable law or regulation.
   • Fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation or Promotion Terms & Conditions.
   • Selling, trading, bartering, or providing anything of value to your invite beyond the Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation invitation, or otherwise using your Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation Invitations or Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation Discounts for promotional purposes.
   
   

Additional Terms
MM. LaFleur reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof). If we modify or discontinue the Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation, we will let you know via email or by posting a notice on the MM. LaFleur website. MM. LaFleur will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Welcome Baby Mother's Day Donation. MM. LaFleur reserves the right to amend, modify or waive these Promotion Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
