Welcome to the MM. LaFleur Inc. Bottomless Closet Donation Promotion (“BOTTOMLESS CLOSET DONATION Promotion”) administered by MM. LaFleur Inc. (“MM. LaFleur” or “us” or “we”). PLEASE READ THESE BOTTOMLESS CLOSET DONATION PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS”) CAREFULLY. THE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND MM. LAFLEUR AND STATE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE MM. LAFLEUR BOTTOMLESS CLOSET DONATION PROMOTION. BY PARTICIPATION IN THE BOTTOMLESS CLOSET DONATION PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS. These Promotion Terms & Conditions are in addition to the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use, but only to the extent necessary to govern your participation in the BOTTOMLESS CLOSET DONATION Promotion. Capitalized terms not defined in these Promotion Terms & Conditions will have the same meaning as in the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use. If these Promotion Terms & Conditions are inconsistent with the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use, these Promotion Terms and Conditions will govern your participation in the BOTTOMLESS CLOSET DONATION Promotion.
About the BOTTOMLESS CLOSET DONATION Promotion
MM. LaFleur will donate clothing items up to a maximum of 200 units for each purchase of M.M.LaFleur Bottomless Closet Promotion Styles (“Bottomless Closet Promotion Styles”, defined below) by certain loyal and new customers (“each”, “Participant”). Participation in the BOTTOMLESS CLOSET DONATION Promotion is by invitation only and completely voluntary. Participants are selected at the sole discretion of MM. LaFleur. Each Participant will be notified about the opportunity to participate in the BOTTOMLESS CLOSET DONATION Promotion by email from MM. LaFleur or social media feeds from MM. LaFleur as well as Bottomless Closet.

1. Eligibility

• To be eligible to participate in the BOTTOMLESS CLOSET DONATION Promotion, you must be a new MM. LaFleur customer or have and maintain an active MM. LaFleur account and be in good standing; be over 18 years old, and be a legal resident of the United States, and be selected at sole MM. LaFleur discretion for the BOTTOMLESS CLOSET DONATION Promotion. Each Participant must be a new or existing customer of MM. LaFleur and must have a unique email. Duplicate email address submissions are not allowed. MM. LaFleur reserves the right to terminate and disqualify you at any time from participating in the BOTTOMLESS CLOSET DONATION Promotion if you don’t comply with these Promotion Terms & Conditions.
• Start/End Dates

• The BOTTOMLESS CLOSET DONATION Promotion begins on March 1st, 2023 at 12:01am EST and ends on March 8th, 2023 at 11:59pm EST. (“Promotion Period” and “Redemption Period”).
• BOTTOMLESS CLOSET DONATION Promotion

• To participate in the BOTTOMLESS CLOSET DONATION Promotion simply purchase one or more of the styles listed on the M.M.LaFleur Jackets Category Page through MM. LaFleur website at the link below: https://mmlafleur.com/collections/jackets
• Donations calculation will only include purchases of the above Bottomless Closet Promotion Styles during the Promotion Period and donation of up to maximum of 200 units will be made to BOTTOMLESS CLOSET at a sole discretion of MM. LaFleur. Each Participant is responsible for all retail prices, applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges that may apply to any purchase under these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
• All orders will be filled on first come, first serve basis while supplies last. By participating in the BOTTOMLESS CLOSET DONATION Promotion, you agree to MM. LaFleur’s collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted MM. LaFleur’s Privacy Policy.
• Restrictions

• In addition to the restrictions you agreed to in the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use, you agree that the following activities are expressly prohibited and engaging in any of these will be grounds for immediate termination and disqualification from the BOTTOMLESS CLOSET DONATION Promotion and may lead to the forfeiture of existing BOTTOMLESS CLOSET DONATION Promotion invitations.
• Spam, bulk distribution of invitations, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of your BOTTOMLESS CLOSET DONATION Promotion invitations that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam under any applicable law or regulation.
