Welcome to the MM. LaFleur Inc. 2024 EOY GWP Promotion (“GWP Promotion”) administered by MM. LaFleur Inc. (“MM. LaFleur” or “us” or “we”). PLEASE READ THESE GWP PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS”) CAREFULLY. THE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND MM. LAFLEUR AND STATE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE GWP PROMOTION. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GWP PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS. IF YOU DON’T AGREE TO THESE PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE GWP PROMOTION.

These Promotion Terms & Conditions are in addition to the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use, but only to the extent necessary to govern your participation in the GWP Promotion. Capitalized terms not defined in these Promotion Terms & Conditions will have the same meaning as in the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use. If these Promotion Terms & Conditions are inconsistent with the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use, these Promotion Terms and Conditions will govern your participation in the GWP Promotion.

1. About the GWP Promotion
MM. LaFleur may gift customers purchasing (each, a “Participant”) with a scarf or blanket depending on spend and customer preference(the “Gift”) when such Participants make a purchase of between $550 to $999 or over $1,000 before tax and excluding shipping (the "Qualifying Purchase") between December 4, 2024 and December 23, 2024 online, in one of the MM. LaFleur stores, or during an MM. LaFleur virtual appointment. 

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the GWP Promotion, you must be in good standing; be over 18 years old, and be a legal resident of the United States, and be selected at MM. LaFleur’s sole discretion for the GWP Promotion. The promotion can only be used one time per customer. Duplicate email address submissions are not allowed. MM. LaFleur reserves the right to terminate and disqualify you at any time from participating in the GWP Promotion if you don’t comply with these Promotion Terms & Conditions.

3. Start/End Dates
The Gift Promotion begins on December 4, 2024 at 6:00 AM EST and ends on December 23, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Promotion Period"). 

4. GWP Promotion

To participate in the GWP Promotion, you must make a purchase before taxes and shipping between $550 and $999 to receive a free Lightweight Scarf - Wool :: Black/Ivory or spend over $1,000 to receive a free Monogram Blanket - Wool Cashmere :: Brown/Ivory. Use of the Discount is limited to a single checkout and can not be reused on multiple occasions during the Promotion Period. Paticipants must add the scarf or blanket to their order, based on their spend threshold they meet, for the discount to automatically apply in their cart.

M.M.LaFleur is not responsible for undelivered, misplaced, or otherwise not received GWP Promotion emails or orders.

All Discounts are redeemable only during the Promotion Period and issued at the sole discretion of M.M.LaFleur. Each Participant is responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges that may apply to any purchase under these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

By participating in the GWP Promotion, you agree to M.M.LaFleur’s collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted M.M.LaFleur’s Privacy Policy.

5. Restrictions
In addition to the restrictions you agreed to in the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use, you agree that the following activities are expressly prohibited and engaging in any of these will be grounds for immediate termination and disqualification from the GWP Promotion and may lead to the forfeiture of existing GWP Promotion invitations.

• All purchases of gift cards are excluded from the GWP Promotion
• Taxes and shipping costs are excluded from the GWP Promotion 
• GWP Promotion offer is non-transferable to others.
• GWP Promotion Gifts are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
• GWP Promotion cannot be combined with any other MM. LaFleur Promotion.
• Spam, bulk distribution of invitations, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of your GWP Promotion invitations that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam under any applicable law or regulation. 
• Fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the GWP Promotion or Promotion Terms & Conditions will result in disqualification from the GWP Promotion.
• Selling, trading, bartering, or providing anything of value to your invitee beyond the GWP Promotion invitation, or otherwise using your GWP Promotion Invitations for promotional purposes will result in disqualification from the GWP Promotion.
• Limited to one GWP Promotion Gift per Participant.
• MM. LaFleur employees and persons living in the same household are not eligible for the GWP Promotion.

6. Additional Terms
MM. LaFleur reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the GWP Promotion, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof). If we modify or discontinue the GWP Promotion, we will let you know via email or by posting a notice on the MM. LaFleur website. MM. LaFleur will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the GWP Promotion. MM. LaFleur reserves the right to amend, modify or waive these Promotion Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
