Welcome to the M.M.LaFleur Inc. July 2024 Origamitech Bundle Promomotion (the “ Origamitech Bundle Promotion”) administered by M.M.LaFleur Inc. (“M.M.LaFleur” or “us” or “we”). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND M.M.LaFleur AND STATE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE ORIGAMITECH BUNDLE PROMOTION. BY YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE ORIGAMITECH BUNDLE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. IF YOU DON’T AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS ORIGAMITECH BUNDLE PROMOTION.

These Terms & Conditions are in addition to the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use, but only to the extent necessary to govern your participation in this Origamitech Bundle Promotion. Capitalized terms not defined in these Terms & Conditions will have the same meaning as in the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use. If these Terms & Conditions are inconsistent with the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use, these Terms and Conditions will govern your participation in the Origamitech Bundle Promotion.

1. About the  Origamitech Bundle Promotion
M.M.LaFleur may provide certain loyal or new customers (each, a “Participant”) with a discount based on the number of items purchased of the Origamitech Bundle Promotion items made during the Redemption Period.  Origamitech Bundle Promotion Products are limited to the following styles and colors:

Participation in the Origamitech Bundle Promotion is completely voluntary. Participants are selected at the sole discretion of M.M.LaFleur. Each Participant will be notified about the opportunity to participate in the Origamitech Bundle Promotion by email or advertisement on the M.M.LaFleur site.


2. Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the  Origamitech Bundle Promotion, you must be a new M.M.LaFleur customer or have and maintain an active M.M.LaFleur account and be in good standing, be over 18 years old. Each Participant must be either a new customer to M.M.LaFleur or an existing customer of M.M.LaFleur, and must have a unique email. M.M.LaFleur reserves the right to terminate and disqualify you at any time from participating in the  Origamitech Bundle Promotion if you don’t comply with these  Origamitech Bundle Promotion Terms & Conditions.

3. Start/End Dates
The Origamitech Bundle Promotion begins on July 12, 2024, 6:00 AM ET and ends on July 15, 2024, 10:00 AM ET (the “Promotion Period”). Your discount can be redeemed starting on Julu 12, 2024, 6:00 AM ET and ending on Julu 15, 2024, 10:00 AM ET (the “Redemption Period”).

  1. Origamitech Bundle Promotion
    To participate in the Origamitech Bundle Promotion, you must purchase one or more items of the Origamitech Bundle Promotion Products and use one of the following codes based on the products ordered to get their corresponding discount made during the Redemption Period. 
    • One item: ONTHEMOVE20 to take 20% off all qualifying items
    • Two items: ONTHEMOVE25 to take 25%  off all qualifying items
    • Three or more items: ONTHEMOVE30 to take 30% off all qualifying items
  • Discount will be applied evenly across all qualifying items at your checkout. Use of the Discount is not limited to a single checkout and can be reused on multiple occasions during the Redemption Period. M.M.LaFleur is not responsible for undelivered, misplaced, or otherwise not received Origamitech Bundle Promotion emails or orders.

All Discounts are redeemable only during the Redemption Period and issued at the sole discretion of M.M.LaFleur. Each Participant is responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges that may apply to any purchase under these Origamitech Bundle Promotion Terms and Conditions.

By participating in the Origamitech Bundle Promotion, you agree to M.M.LaFleur’s collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted M.M.LaFleur’s Privacy Policy.

5. Restrictions
In addition to the restrictions you agreed to in the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use, you agree that the following activities are expressly prohibited, and engaging in any of these will be grounds for immediate termination and disqualification from the Origamitech Bundle Promotion and may lead to the forfeiture of existing Origamitech Bundle Promotion invitations.

  • Discount is non-transferable to others.
    • Discount is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
    • Discount can be used only on the aforementioned items
    • Discount can be used only on items noted in Section 1.
    • Discount cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the Redemption Period.
    • Origamitech Bundle Promotion cannot be combined with any other M.M.LaFleur Promotion.
    • Spam, bulk distribution of invitations, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of your Origamitech Bundle Promotion invitations that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam under any applicable law or regulation.
    • Fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the Origamitech Bundle Promotion or Promotion Terms & Conditions.
    • Selling, trading, bartering, or providing anything of value to your invite beyond the Origamitech Bundle Promotion invitation, or otherwise using your Origamitech Bundle Promotion Invitations for promotional purposes.
    • M.M.LaFleur employees are not eligible for the Origamitech Bundle Promotion.
  1. Additional Terms
    M.M.LaFleur reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Origamitech Bundle Promotion, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof). If we modify or discontinue the Origamitech Bundle Promotion, we will let you know via email or by posting a notice on the M.M.LaFleur website. M.M.LaFleur will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Origamitech Bundle Promotion. M.M.LaFleur reserves the right to amend, modify or waive these Origamitech Bundle Promotion Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
