Pauline Brown is a longtime leader in the luxury goods sector. She is currently an adjunct professor at Columbia Business School, where she teaches a course on the Marketing of Aesthetics and Experiences. She is also the author of the best-selling book Aesthetic Intelligence and the founder of strategic advisory firm Aesthetic Intelligence Labs. In addition to teaching, writing, and consulting, she hosts a weekly podcast on SiriusXM, called The Other A.I. and serves on several corporate boards including the Neiman Marcus Group.
About Tiffany Zhou
Before starting OLEADA, Tiffany’s journey to entrepreneurship began in venture capital investment, where she learned early on that higher risks often yield higher rewards. Raised with a traditional Asian background valuing stability over risk-taking, Tiffany initially pursued a career in finance. After eight years, she boldly left her high-salary job on Wall Street to create her own company.
As female minorities, Tiffy and her co-founder, Tracy, experienced the gender imbalance in business and felt a need for change. A pivotal moment for Tiffany was at JFK Airport, where her broken handbag highlighted the lack of functional, aesthetically pleasing work bags for women. Realizing this was a common issue, they founded OLEADA to create the perfect work bag for professional women.
