BENTO® Plus is a subscription service we designed to take the work out of shopping and getting dressed. Skip the scrolling, and let a dedicated stylist send personalized picks straight to your door on a regular basis. Each shipment is accompanied by  a custom styling guide that shows you exactly how to wear and pair each piece with your current wardrobe. Over time, you'll build an ever-growing styling library of outfit formulas tailored specifically to you.

BENTO® offers quick a la carte product recommendations when you need them. BENTO® Plus is a more comprehensive experience where you’re connected with a dedicated stylist and receive curated deliveries on your schedule. You also get more in-depth styling guides and build out a digital wardrobe over time. Think of it as your shopping and styling concierge.

There's no annual fee: you select your per-shipment budget ($500, $750, $1,000, $1,500, $2,000, or $2,500) and delivery frequency (monthly, bimonthly, or quarterly) when you sign up. You're charged that amount before your next box is sent out. As a bonus, you'll always receive subscriber pricing on all products, so you're getting 10-20% more value than the tier you select. For example, if you pay $1,000, you’ll get up to $1,200-worth of styles.

After you sign up, you can choose between completing an intake form or chatting with your stylist via virtual consultation. Virtual consultations are video calls where you'll discuss your wardrobe goals, upcoming needs, and personal style preferences. These typically last 30-45 minutes. From there, your stylist continues to learn about you through ongoing communication and by tracking what you love (and don't love!) in each delivery.

Each delivery, your stylist will curate a personalized selection of pieces based on your preferences and needs, the current season, and your long-term wardrobe goals. You'll receive items to try at home—just keep what you love, and return anything that doesn't work. Every box includes a custom digital styling guide that shows you exactly how to wear your new pieces with what you already own. 

Generally, the $500 tier includes 2-3 items, the $750 tier includes 3-4 items, the $1,000 tier includes 4-5 items—and so on.

You'll have access to a digital closet where you can see all of your M.M.LaFleur pieces in one place. You’ll also see the outfit ideas that your stylist makes for you with each box. You can also upload items you already own to your closet (even non-M.M.LaFleur pieces!)

Yes! You have 21 days to return items for a refund or exchange for a new size or color. Free shipping and free returns are included with your subscription.

You can cancel anytime in your account under Manage Subscription. However, we encourage pausing or skipping a box if you just need a break—that way you keep your dedicated stylist and can pick up right where you left off.

Yes! You can skip or pause your next BENTO Plus box anytime before your subscription order is placed. Just reach out to your stylist or chat with our customer service team and we'll take care of it. You're in complete control of your subscription timing.

Your stylist is a real person! BENTO® Plus pairs you with one of our most experienced (human) stylists who personally curates every box and gets to know you over time.

Absolutely. Your BENTO® Plus subscription includes all the perks, but you’re welcome to shop our site or store locations.
