Welcome to the MM. LaFleur Inc. Thoughtful Design Mailer Promotion (the “Thoughtful Design Promotion”) administered by MM. LaFleur Inc. (“MM. LaFleur” or “us” or “we”). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND MM. LAFLEUR AND STATE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE THOUGHTFUL DESIGN PROMOTION. BY YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE THOUGHTFUL DESIGN PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. IF YOU DON’T AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS THOUGHTFUL DESIGN PROMOTION.

These Terms & Conditions are in addition to the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use, but only to the extent necessary to govern your participation in this Thoughtful Design Promotion. Capitalized terms not defined in these Terms & Conditions will have the same meaning as in the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use. If these Terms & Conditions are inconsistent with the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use, these Terms and Conditions will govern your participation in the Thoughtful Design Promotion.

1. About the Thoughtful Design Promotion
   MM. LaFleur may provide certain customers who have not recently made a purchase (each, a “Participant”) with a 15% discount on the purchase of any items with the use of promotion code HELLOTHERE21 made during the Redemption Period. Participation in the Thoughtful Design Promotion is by invitation only and completely voluntary. Participants are selected at the sole discretion of MM. LaFleur. Each Participant will be notified about the opportunity to participate in the Thoughtful Design Promotion by direct mailer.
2. Eligibility
   To be eligible to participate in the Thoughtful Design Promotion, you must have and maintain or have had an active MM. LaFleur account and be in good standing, be over 18 years old, be a legal resident of the United States, and be selected at MM. LaFleur’s sole discretion for the Thoughtful Design Promotion. Each Participant must be an existing or must have been a customer of MM. LaFleur and must have a unique email. Each Participant must receive a direct mailer inviting them to participate in the Thoughtful Design Promotion. Duplicate email address submissions are not allowed. MM. LaFleur reserves the right to terminate and disqualify you at any time from participating in the Thoughtful Design Promotion if you don’t comply with these Promotion Terms & Conditions.
3. Start/End Dates
   The Thoughtful Design Promotion begins on July 14, 2021, 12:00 AM ET and ends on November 15, 2021, 11:59 PM ET. Your discount can be redeemed within 30 days of receiving the Thoughtful Design Promotion direct mailer (the “Redemption Period”).
4. Thoughtful Design Promotion
   To participate in the Thoughtful Design Promotion you must be an existing or have been a MM. LaFleur customer and receive a mailer inviting you to participate in the promotion. To receive your discount against your purchase, you must be logged into your MM. LaFleur account and purchase using the code on the mailer to take 15% (“Discount”) off your order during the Redemption Period, or bring the mailer with you to your in-store or virtual appointment and show your stylist at checkout. All Discounts will be applied evenly across all items at checkout. For avoidance of doubt, your use of the promo code will be limited to a single checkout only and will not be re-usable on multiple occasions. MM. LaFleur is not responsible for undelivered, misplaced or otherwise not received Thoughtful Design Promotion emails, mailers, or orders.
   
   All Discounts are redeemable only during the Redemption Period and issued at the sole discretion of MM. LaFleur. Each Participant is responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges that may apply to any purchase under these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
   
   By participating in the Thoughtful Design Promotion, you agree to MM. LaFleur’s collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted MM. LaFleur’s Privacy Policy.
5. Restrictions
   In addition to the restrictions you agreed to in the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use, you agree that the following activities are expressly prohibited, and engaging in any of these will be grounds for immediate termination and disqualification from the Thoughtful Design Promotion and may lead to the forfeiture of existing Thoughtful Design Promotion invitations.
   
   • All purchases of gift cards and gift wrapping are excluded from the Thoughtful Design Promotion.
   • Discount is non-transferable to others.
   • Discount is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
   • Discount cannot be used on first orders.
   • Discount cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the Redemption Period.
   • Discount can be used only once per Participant.
   • Thoughtful Design Promotion cannot be combined with any other MM. LaFleur Promotion.
   • Spam, bulk distribution of invitations, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of your Thoughtful Design Promotion invitations that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam under any applicable law or regulation.
   • Fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the Thoughtful Design Promotion or Promotion Terms & Conditions.
   • Selling, trading, bartering, or providing anything of value to your invite beyond the Thoughtful Design Promotion invitation, or otherwise using your Thoughtful Design Promotion Invitations or Thoughtful Design Promotion Discounts for promotional purposes.
   • MM. LaFleur employees and persons living in the same household are not eligible for the Thoughtful Design Promotion.
6. Additional Terms
   MM. LaFleur reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Thoughtful Design Promotion, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof). If we modify or discontinue the Thoughtful Design Promotion, we will let you know via email or by posting a notice on the MM. LaFleur website. MM. LaFleur will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Thoughtful Design Promotion. MM. LaFleur reserves the right to amend, modify or waive these Promotion Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
