Bento Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Referrals are a critical part of growing our M.M.LaFleur Bento community, so thank you for helping! The M.M.LaFleur Bento Program offers M.M.LaFleur customers and brand enthusiasts (“you” or “your”) the opportunity to receive promotional credit towards future purchases by referring their friends to M.M.LaFleur Bento (“REFERRAL PROGRAM”).

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE REFERRAL PROGRAM, YOU MUST AGREE TO BE BOUND BY OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY, AS WELL AS THE TERMS OF THE REFERRAL PROGRAM AS DESCRIBED HEREIN (THE “TERMS”). IF THERE IS CONFLICT, INCONSISTENCY, OR VARIANCE AMONG THE TERMS, THE LANGUAGE WITHIN THE TERMS OF SERVICE OR PRIVACY POLICY WILL GOVERN. 

M.M.LaFleur (“we”, “us” or “our”) reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Bento Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason. Without limiting the foregoing rights, we reserve the right to disqualify you from participating in this Bento Referral Program at any time at our discretion if you fail to comply with these Terms. Violations of these Terms may also result in the forfeiture of all promotional credits you previously earned through this Bento Referral Program. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify rewards in our sole discretion, as we deem fair and appropriate.

ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility to participate in this Bento Referral Program is limited to individual consumers. The Referer must have taken the Bento Quiz and completed a purchase on the M.M.LaFleur site initiated by a direct link from their Bento stylist. This Bento Referral Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation or other commercial purposes.

QUALIFYING REFERRALS

You can earn fifty dollars (US $50) of promotional credit (“Promotional Credit”) to use toward your future purchases on a M.M.LaFleur Bento if all of the following are completed by your referred friend (a “Referred Customer”):

  • The Referer must put the name of the Referred Customer in their Bento suvey questionairre 

  • The Referred Customer makes their first purchase through a Bento on the M.M.LaFleur site initiated by a direct link from their Bento stylist that is permitted by these Terms;

  • The Referred Customer has not been a customer of M.M.LaFleur or made any prior purchase from M.M.LaFleur; 

  • That Referred Customer uses the unique discount code that will be included in their Bento communication (“Unique Discount Code”) when making his or her first purchase on the M.M.LaFleur Site;

  • A Referred Customer may only use the name of one Referer. If a Referred Customer lists multiple Referers names, only the first Referer listed will be awarded a Promotional Credit;
  • The Referred Customer must make their first purchase between November 11, 2024 at 6:00 AM EST and December 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST;
  • Orders placed before November 11, 2024 at 6:00 AM EST do not qualify for the program;
  • The Referred Customer can only use a referral code on their Bento purchase one (1) time, during their first purchase at M.M.LaFleur through a Bento purchase.

The Referred Customer must make his or her qualifying purchase during a Bento order initiated directly and timely through your Bento Link. 

Promotional Credits are redeemable only for purchases made through a Bento. Promotional Credits have no cash value, can only be redeemed for M.M.LaFleur merchandise on the Site, may be subject to expiration dates or other restrictions in our sole discretion, and may be revoked at any time. Promotional credits cannot, under any circumstances, be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent including, without limitation, gift cards or refunds. Promotional Credits are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for Promotional Credit to be added to your account after your Referred Customer completes a qualifying order.

You are limited to one Promotional Credit per Qualified Referral. For clarity, additional or repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals and will not earn Promotional Credits. You are limited to a maximum of 10 Promotional Credits for any 7 day period through this Program.

The scope, variety, and type of products that may be obtained by redeeming Promotional Credits can change at any time without notice, in our sole discretion.

REFERRED CUSTOMERS

Referred Customers who click on a Bento Link, complete the survey, add the name of their Referral Customer and complete a Qualified Referral transaction as set forth above will be rewarded a Promotional Credit of fifty dollars (US $50) off their first purchase on the M.M.LaFleur Site through a Bento order (unless explicitly noted otherwise in an offer). 

You cannot refer yourself or members of your family living in the same household to generate Qualified Referrals and earn Promotional Credits. For an order to count as a Qualified Referral transaction, the Referred Customer must hold different shipping and billing information than you and the Referred Customer must not have previously made any purchases on the M.M.LaFleur Site, in stores, or through virtual appointments or Bentos (including, without limitation, under any other names, email addresses or aliases). A Referred Customer may only use one Referral Name. If a Referred Customer receives Referral Names from multiple participants in this Referral Program, only the participant whose Referral Name is used to make the qualifying purchase will be awarded a Promotional Credit.

SHARING REFERRAL NAMES

This Referral Program may be used only for personal purposes and you may share your Referral Name only with your personal connections through a direct, non-public communication. We reserve the right to revoke or refuse to issue any Promotional Credits for Qualified Referrals we suspect were generated through improper channels or otherwise in violation of these Terms, such as sharing on websites in a manner which could be viewed or otherwise interacted by multiple individuals. We reserve the right to disable, suspend, or cancel the effect any Referral Names which are found displayed in violation of these Terms or which otherwise direct any Site visits from websites known to us to be used to sell, exchange, or distribute referrals to previously unknown individuals, such as Reddit, Invitation.codes, Refer.codes, Quora, and others. Purchases on the M.M.LaFleur Site made through a Referral Name that was distributed through an unauthorized channel will not result in Qualified Referrals, and, if discovered, any Promotional Credits issued in connection with such transactions may be revoked.

 

TERMINATION AND CHANGES

We reserve the right to deactivate your customer account and a Referred Customer’s account, cancel all related Promotional Credits, and request proper payment if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you or the Referred Customer have likely:

  1. Tampered with or breached any of our Terms;

  2. Used (or attempted to use) this Referral Program in a fraudulent, abusive, unethical, unsportsmanlike or otherwise questionable or suspicious manner;

  3. Violated any law, statute, or governmental regulation.

We also reserve the right to cancel this Referral Program or change these Terms at any time and for any reason in our sole discretion. When we change these Terms, we will update the ‘Last Updated’ date at the top of these Terms. If we cancel our Referral Program, any unused Promotional Credits will be forfeited at that time. PLEASE REGULARLY CHECK THE M.M.LAFLEUR SITE TO VIEW THE THEN-CURRENT TERMS.
