Gotcha Focaccia is a focaccia brand based in Brooklyn. Founder Meira Bennett grew up baking and fell in love with the creative process of making focaccia. After developing her own recipes and learning from experts in Italy, Meira launched Gotcha Focaccia in 2023, selling through home delivery and events. Gotcha's Pop-Up Focacceria debuted at Smorgasburg in 2024 and has been seen at popular locations across NYC, with unique and seasonal toppings sourced from value-aligned brands, farmers markets, and their own garden.Can’t make the event?
