Danielle Silva
Danielle Silva is Senior Vice President, Life Sciences at Banc of California where she leads their pre-seed and seed stage group life sciences group. She's also a Network Advisor at Correlation Ventures where she sources life sciences deals. She additionally is an advisor for CircNova, a company using AI to generate circular RNA therapeutics. Previously, she was Director of Life Sciences at First Republic and spent four years at Capital Advisors Group focusing on cash management and debt advisory for life sciences companies. Danielle was also one of the founders of Life Science Nation, a company that helps life science startups raise equity funding. Danielle began her career at Brighton House Associates where she raised capital for VC funds from institutional LPs. Danielle is a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon (the international economics honor society) and received a B.A. in Economics and Policy Studies from Syracuse University.
Meghan Pichette
Meghan Pichette is the Director of Strategic Partnership VC/PE at TriNet.
She manages and oversees 500 VC/PE relationships in the East and Midwest markets. She specializes in working directly with the firm and its portfolio companies to uncover new business opportunities, resources, and perks. Meghan has been in the Startup and small business world since 2014.
