Welcome to the MM. LaFleur Inc. 15% Off Your First Order Wardrobe Upgrade Triggered Mailer Promotion (the “Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion”) administered by MM. LaFleur Inc. (“MM. LaFleur” or “us” or “we”). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND MM. LAFLEUR AND STATE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE WARDROBE UPGRADE PROMOTION. BY YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE WARDROBE UPGRADE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. IF YOU DON’T AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS WARDROBE UPGRADE PROMOTION.

These Terms & Conditions are in addition to the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use, but only to the extent necessary to govern your participation in this Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion. Capitalized terms not defined in these Terms & Conditions will have the same meaning as in the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use. If these Terms & Conditions are inconsistent with the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use, these Terms and Conditions will govern your participation in the Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion.

1. About the Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion
   MM. LaFleur may provide certain new customers (each, a “Participant”) with a 15% discount on the purchase of any full-priced item(s) with the use of a promotion code made during the Redemption Period. Participation in the Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion is by invitation only and completely voluntary. Participants are selected at the sole discretion of MM. LaFleur. Each Participant will be notified about the opportunity to participate in the Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion by direct mailer.
   
   
2. Eligibility
   To be eligible to participate in the Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion, you must be a new MM. LaFleur customer, be over 18 years old, be a legal resident of the United States, and be selected at MM. LaFleur’s sole discretion for the Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion. Each Participant must be a new customer to MM. LaFleur, and must have a unique email. Each Participant must receive a direct mailer inviting them to participate in the Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion. Duplicate email address submissions are not allowed. MM. LaFleur reserves the right to terminate and disqualify you at any time from participating in the Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion if you don’t comply with these Promotion Terms & Conditions.
   
   
3. Start/End Dates
   The Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion begins on October 1, 2021, 12:00 AM ET and ends on January 31, 2022, 11:59 PM ET. Your discount can be redeemed within 30 days of receiving the Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion direct mailer (the “Redemption Period”).
   
   
4. Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion
   To participate in the Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion you must be a new MM. LaFleur customer and receive a mailer inviting you to participate in the promotion. To receive your discount against your purchase, you must purchase using the code on the mailer to take 15% (“Discount”) off your order during the Redemption Period, or bring the mailer with you to your in-store or virtual appointment and show your stylist at checkout. The Discount will be applied on all full-priced items (and only full-priced items) during your checkout. For avoidance of doubt, your use of the promo code will be limited to a single checkout only and will not be re-usable on multiple occasions. MM. LaFleur is not responsible for undelivered, misplaced or otherwise not received Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion emails, mailers, or orders.
   
   All Discounts are redeemable only during the Redemption Period and issued at the sole discretion of MM. LaFleur. Each Participant is responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges that may apply to any purchase under these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
   
   By participating in the Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion, you agree to MM. LaFleur’s collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted MM. LaFleur’s Privacy Policy.
   
   
5. Restrictions
   In addition to the restrictions you agreed to in the MM. LaFleur Terms of Use, you agree that the following activities are expressly prohibited, and engaging in any of these will be grounds for immediate termination and disqualification from the Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion and may lead to the forfeiture of existing Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion invitations.
   
   • All purchases of gift cards and gift wrapping are excluded from the Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion.
   • Discount is non-transferable to others.
   • Discount is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
   • Discount can be used only on full-price items.
   • Discount can only be used on first orders.
   • Discount cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the Redemption Period.
   • Discount can be used only once per Participant.
   • Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion cannot be combined with any other MM. LaFleur Promotion.
   • Spam, bulk distribution of invitations, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of your Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion invitations that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam under any applicable law or regulation.
   • Fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion or Promotion Terms & Conditions.
   • Selling, trading, bartering, or providing anything of value to your invite beyond the Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion invitation, or otherwise using your Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion Invitations or Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion Discounts for promotional purposes.
   • MM. LaFleur employees and persons living in the same household are not eligible for the Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion.
   
   
6. Additional Terms
   MM. LaFleur reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof). If we modify or discontinue the Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion, we will let you know via email or by posting a notice on the MM. LaFleur website. MM. LaFleur will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Wardrobe Upgrade Promotion. MM. LaFleur reserves the right to amend, modify or waive these Promotion Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
