(“M.M.LaFleur” or “us” or “we”). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. These Terms & Conditions are in addition to the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use, but only to the extent necessary to govern your participation in this Milo 48 Hour - June and July 2025 Full Price Sitewide. Capitalized terms not defined in these Terms & Conditions will have the same meaning as in the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use. If these Terms & Conditions are inconsistent with the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use, these Terms and Conditions will govern your participation in the Milo 48 Hour - June and July 2025 Full Price Sitewide.

About the Milo 48 Hour - June and July 2025 Full Price Sitewide

M.M.LaFleur may provide certain loyal or new customers (each, a “Participant”) with a 25% discount on the purchase of almost all full price items made during the Redemption Period. Participation in the Milo 48 Hour - June and July 2025 Full Price Sitewide is completely voluntary. Full Price items are limited to full price styles, excluding gift cards, books, Andie Swim, Saint James and thredup items. Products not included in the promotion are the following styles and colors:

Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the Milo 48 Hour - June and July 2025 Full Price Sitewide, you must be a new M.M.LaFleur customer or have and maintain an active M.M.LaFleur account and be in good standing, be over 18 years old. Each Participant must be either a new customer to M.M.LaFleur or an existing customer of M.M.LaFleur, and must have a unique email. M.M.LaFleur reserves the right to terminate and disqualify you at any time from participating in the Milo 48 Hour - June and July 2025 Full Price Sitewide if you don’t comply with these Promotion Terms & Conditions.

Start/End Dates
The Milo 48 Hour - June and July 2025 Full Price Sitewide begins on June 30, 2025, 6:00 AM ET and ends on July 1, 2025 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). Your discount can be redeemed starting on June 30, 2025, 6:00 AM ET and ends on July 1, 2025 11:59 PM ET (the “Redemption Period”).

Milo 48 Hour - June and July 2025 Full Price Sitewide
To participate in the Milo 48 Hour - June and July 2025 Full Price Sitewide you must use code FIREWORKS25 to take 25% (“Discount”) off applicable products during the Redemption Period and in store only. The Discount will be applied evenly across all qualifying full price items at your checkout. Use of the promo code is not limited to a single checkout and can be reused on multiple occasions during the Redemption Period. M.M.LaFleur is not responsible for undelivered, misplaced, or otherwise not received Milo 48 Hour - June and July 2025 Full Price Sitewide orders.

All Discounts are redeemable only during the Redemption Period and issued at the sole discretion of M.M.LaFleur. Each Participant is responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges that may apply to any purchase under these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

By participating in the Milo 48 Hour - June and July 2025 Full Price Sitewide, you agree to M.M.LaFleur’s collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted M.M.LaFleur’s Privacy Policy.

Restrictions

In addition to the restrictions you agreed to in the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use, you agree that the following activities are expressly prohibited, and engaging in any of these will be grounds for immediate termination and disqualification from the Milo 48 Hour - June and July 2025 Full Price Sitewide and may lead to the forfeiture of existing Milo 48 Hour - June and July 2025 Full Price Sitewide invitations.

• Discount is non-transferable to others.
  • Discount is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
  • Discount can be used only on full price items purchased in store, excluding excluding gift cards, books, and thredup items.
  • Discount cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the Redemption Period.
  • Milo 48 Hour - June and July 2025 Full Price Sitewide cannot be combined with any other M.M.LaFleur Promotion.
  • Spam, bulk distribution of invitations, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of your Milo 48 Hour - June and July 2025 Full Price Sitewide invitations that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam under any applicable law or regulation.
  • Fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the Milo 48 Hour - June and July 2025 Full Price Sitewide or Promotion Terms & Conditions.
  • Selling, trading, bartering, or providing anything of value to your invite beyond the Milo 48 Hour - June and July 2025 Full Price Sitewide invitation, or otherwise using your Milo 48 Hour - June and July 2025 Full Price Sitewide Invitations or Milo 48 Hour - June and July 2025 Full Price Sitewide Discounts for promotional purposes.
  • M.M.LaFleur employees are not eligible for the Milo 48 Hour - June and July 2025 Full Price Sitewide.

Additional Terms

M.M.LaFleur reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Milo 48 Hour - June and July 2025 Full Price Sitewide, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof). If we modify or discontinue the Milo 48 Hour - June and July 2025 Full Price Sitewide, we will let you know via email or by posting a notice on the M.M.LaFleur website. M.M.LaFleur will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Milo 48 Hour - June and July 2025 Full Price Sitewide. M.M.LaFleur reserves the right to amend, modify or waive these Promotion Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
