Em Roberts is a content creator, influencer, host of The Big Move podcast, and mom of two. In 2017, she left NYC and took a leap of faith with her partner to live abroad in London. Six years later, Em is now back living stateside in the tri-state area, creating content and hosting her show while juggling mom life.She's worked with top fashion and beauty brands like French Connection, Tommy Hilfiger, Amazon Fashion, NARS, and Estee Lauder. Em is passionate about style, beauty, skincare, motherhood, and empowering women to make moves via her podcast, where she features entrepreneurs, founders, and creators.

Hitha Palepu is a consummate multi-hyphenate. She is an entrepreneur, author, and speaker. She is the CEO of Rhoshan Pharmaceuticals, whose lead product was acquired by Hyloris Pharmaceuticals. She is the author of We’re Speaking: The Life Lessons of Kamala Harris (Little, Brown Spark) and How To Pack: Travel Smart for Any Trip (Clarkson Potter). Kristin O'Keeffe Merrick is a Partner at her family-managed wealth advisory firm, O'Keeffe Financial Partners. Kristin works with women and their families to achieve their financial goals and manage their concerns. She is also the co-founder of Women Work F#cking Hard, an organization that advocates women helping women by organizing events, creating resources, and highlighting and investing in female-founded brands. She is an advocate for financial literacy, reproductive rights and gun control. She is a frequent contributor to the Today Show, CNBC, NBC News, Bustle, and The Skimm. She is the mom of two boys and one dog and she lives with her family in Ridgewood, NJ.Olivia Joan
Olivia Joan is a NYC-based, Afro-Latinx photographer, artist, and social media creator. Her photography has been featured in publications including The New York Times, British Vogue, and R29. As a talent, her viral social media content has been covered by British Vogue, Coveteur, Essence, and NYLON.On social media, Olivia has chronicled her grandmother’s story and relationship to her clothing. Olivia’s grandparents, George and Joan B. Johnson, co-founded Johnson Products Company, which supplied haircare products to the Black community and became the first Black-owned business to trade on the New York Stock Exchange.
Her personal photographic work focuses on the lives of Black women, creating a new language of photographic portraiture.
Alex Caiola
Alex Caiola is an intuitive executive and business coach based in New York City. She founded her business, High Priestess of Brooklyn, in 2019 with the mission of helping people self-actualize. She coaches leaders on leaning into their intuition and helps intuitives lean into their leadership abilities. Alex is also a content creator for brands like Justworks, and her podcast, Intuition Calling, exploring the intersectionality between intuition and leadership.Can’t make the event?
