Nope! You will receive a Zoom link for your virtual appointment via email the day before. Your stylist will prep for your session by reviewing your survey answers and order history and curating a selection of pieces tailored to your wardrobe needs.

Absolutely! At the end of your appointment, your stylist will review any pieces you are interested in purchasing and place an order on your behalf.
We’re a team of busy women ad men who like to plan ahead—so we kindly ask that you let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We will hold your appointment for no more than 10 minutes after your scheduled time. If you are unable to join, your stylist will reach out to reschedule your appointment.
