During your appointment
Once you’ve narrowed down your selections together, your stylist places the order and has your new pieces shipped to your home.

Your stylist stays available by email for outfit recommendations, so you can make the most of your new pieces.

No. You’ll receive a Zoom link by email the day before. Your stylist preps by reviewing your survey answers and order history, and curating a selection tailored to your wardrobe.
Yes. Your stylist shares their screen to show you styles that fit your needs. A laptop or computer gives the best viewing experience.
We do. Your stylist reviews your profile to see what you have and love — or have returned — so the selection suits your style.
Yes. At the end of your appointment your stylist reviews the pieces you’re interested in and places the order on your behalf.
We ask that you let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
We hold your appointment for up to 10 minutes past the scheduled time. If you can’t join, your stylist will reach out to reschedule.
