Do I need an appointment?
Our Chicago store is a typical store and does not require an appointment to shop. Feel free to stop by when you'd like! If you do want to work with a stylist for a dedicated hour, you can book an appointment here.
Do I get to leave with my purchase?
Yes! The store is stocked with more inventory than our showrooms so you can leave that day with your purchase. The team can also help place an order for you for items to ship if something isn't available in the store or it's easier for you to have those items delivered.
Can I return purchases at any location?
Yes! Our locations accept all items that are eligible for return.
Do you offer occupational discounts?
We offer select occupational discounts through VerifyPass. We ask that you submit your verification on VerifyPass prior to your visit to receive your unique discount code. Once you’re ready to checkout, your stylist will apply your code to your order.
