Welcome to the M.M.LaFleur Inc. Bento+ Annual Membership (the "Bento+ Membership") Terms and Conditions administered by M.M.LaFleur Inc. ("M.M.LaFleur" or "us" or "we"). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND M.M.LaFleur AND STATE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR PURCHASE AND USE OF THE Bento+ MEMBERSHIP. BY PURCHASING THE Bento+ MEMBERSHIP, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. IF YOU DON'T AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT PURCHASE THE Bento+ MEMBERSHIP.

These Terms & Conditions are in addition to the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use, but only to the extent necessary to govern your participation in the Bento+ Membership program. Capitalized terms not defined in these Terms & Conditions will have the same meaning as in the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use. If these Terms & Conditions are inconsistent with the M.M.LaFleur Terms of Use, these Terms and Conditions will govern your participation in the Bento+ Membership program.

About the Bento+ Annual Membership

The Bento+ Annual Membership is M.M.LaFleur's most sophisticated, personalized styling resource. For $150, members receive access to curated product deliveries, custom styling guides, exclusive discounts, and premium customer service for a 12-month period. Participation in the Bento+ Membership program is completely voluntary.

Eligibility
To be eligible to purchase the Bento+ Annual Membership, you must be over 18 years old and have or create an active M.M.LaFleur account in good standing. Each member must have a unique email address. M.M.LaFleur reserves the right to terminate and disqualify you at any time from the Bento+ Membership program if you don't comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Membership Benefits and Services

The Bento+ Annual Membership includes:
One virtual styling consultation with an M.M.LaFleur stylist

Curated product deliveries based on your selected cadence (monthly, every other month, or every three months)

Custom styling guides with each delivery showing you how to style new pieces with your existing wardrobe
15% discount on all Bento+ product orders (discount does not apply to the annual membership fee)

Free shipping both ways on all Bento+ orders

Free returns with no return fees on Bento+ orders

Priority customer service at orders@mmlafleur.com

Virtual Consultation Requirement
Members must schedule and complete a virtual styling consultation within 90 days of membership purchase. Failure to complete the consultation within this timeframe may result in membership forfeiture without refund. During the consultation, you will select your delivery cadence and price range preferences, and provide payment method information for future 

Bento+ orders.
Bento+ Orders and Billing
Price Range Options: You may select from the following price ranges per delivery during your Virtual Consultation:
$300-$600
$600-$900
$900-$1200
$1200-$1500

Order Authorization: 
By completing your virtual consultation, you authorize M.M.LaFleur to charge your designated payment method according to your selected cadence for purchases within your specified price range.

Order Processing: 
Orders will be processed automatically according to your selected cadence. Product selection is based on your consultation notes and purchase history, with final selection at M.M.LaFleur's sole discretion.

Modifications: 
You may modify your cadence, price range, or pause your subscription by contacting orders@mmlafleur.com at least 5 business days before your next scheduled order.

Payment Terms
The annual membership fee of $150 is due in full upon purchase and is separate from the cost of any products ordered through the Bento+ service. All payments are processed in USD. You are responsible for maintaining current payment method information and for all applicable taxes.

Membership Term and Cancellation
Term: Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase activation. Membership expires automatically without auto-renewal.

Cancellation by Member: You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice to orders@mmlafleur.com. The annual membership fee is non-refundable. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be made for Bento+ orders.
Cancellation by M.M.LaFleur: M.M.LaFleur may terminate your membership immediately for non-payment, violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or excessive returns/abuse of return policy.

Restrictions
The following activities are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the Bento+ Membership program:

Membership benefits are non-transferable to others
The 15% discount cannot be combined with other M.M.LaFleur promotions unless explicitly stated
Membership benefits apply only to Bento+ orders placed through your account
Fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the Bento+ Membership program
Selling, trading, or transferring membership benefits
M.M.LaFleur employees are not eligible for the Bento+ Membership program

Returns and Shipping
Free returns are included with all Bento+ orders with no return fees. Standard return timeframes apply (typically 30 days from delivery). Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Return instructions will be provided with each delivery. Free shipping applies to standard shipping within the United States only.

Intellectual Property
Custom styling guides provided are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially. All styling guides and Company materials remain the property of M.M.LaFleur Inc.

Privacy and Data
By participating in the Bento+ Membership program, you agree to M.M.LaFleur's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted M.M.LaFleur's Privacy Policy. You consent to receive service-related communications via email.

Additional Terms
M.M.LaFleur reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Bento+ Membership program, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof). If we modify or discontinue the program, we will let you know via email or by posting a notice on the M.M.LaFleur website. M.M.LaFleur will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Bento+ Membership program. M.M.LaFleur reserves the right to amend, modify or waive these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability: M.M.LaFleur's liability is limited to the membership fee paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. While M.M.LaFleur implements security measures to protect customer data, we are not liable for any unauthorized access, data breaches, or security incidents that may occur despite reasonable security precautions.
