Do I need an appointment?
Our Upper West Side location is a typical store and does not require an appointment. If you'd like dedicate time with a stylist, you can book an appointment at our UWS store here.
If you’re visiting our Bryant Park showroom, we recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure a stylist is available to work with you for a full hour. That said, we can accommodate walk-ins if a stylist is available.
Do I get to leave with my purchase?
At our Upper West Side store, yes! It's stocked with more inventory than our Bryant Park showroom, so you can walk away with your purchases. At our Bryant Park showroom, your appointment stylist will process your order with complimentary shipping.
Can I return purchases at any location?
Yes! Our locations accept all items that are eligible for return.
Can you accommodate walk-in appointments?
We recommend booking your appointment in advance to ensure a stylist is available to work with you for a full hour. That said, we can accommodate walk-ins if a stylist is available. Please feel free to call the location first to confirm whether or not we can accommodate your specific needs.
Can I bring a guest to a showroom appointment?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring a guest to your appointment. Please add that detail to your appointment booking survey when completing.
How long is a showroom appointment?
Appointments are one hour—and we hope it will be your most productive (and pleasant) shopping experience to date.
What if I'm running late to my showroom appointment?
To maintain proper social distance guidelines, our Bryant Park team can hold your appointment for no more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time.
