Lauren Puckett-Pope is a staff culture writer at ELLE, where she primarily covers books, film, and television. She is a member of the National Book Critics Circle and the Critics Choice Association, as well as a mentor for the nonprofit organization Girls Write Now. A graduate of the University of Missouri, Lauren lives in New York City with her husband and dog.

Workplayce was conceived from our frustration with the lack of support for working parents. We looked at the evidence, talked with fellow parents, and discovered a need for spaces and services that give working parents the flexibility they need to focus on work, the access they need to reliable quality care for their little ones and the luxury of proximity between the two so that parents can be there for those major milestones they might miss.

We created a unique space & community to meet these needs with the help of first-class designers to give working parents the best of office, home and social life, elevating the parenting experience. Our mission is to create an atmosphere and an environment to alleviate the stress that comes with juggling being a professional and becoming a parent, so you can have the things that really matter to you.
