How It Works
FAQ
While we do our best to accommodate walk-ins, we highly recommend making an appointment. That way, your stylist can select pieces for you in advance and treat you to the full MM experience! Without an appointment, we can’t guarantee an open dressing room or a stylist who is available to work with you.
Nope! Our styling services are complimentary, whether you book an appointment, order a Bento Box, or ask your stylist to place an order on your behalf.
Our average price point for a dress is between $195–$265. Our tops start at $90, skirts at $130, and pants at $165.
We’ll ship your purchases from our warehouse in New York to your home or office. If you have time constraints or are visiting internationally, let us know and we'll do all we can to accommodate you.
We do our best to carry a wide range of styles, but we can’t promise to have every style on a given day. If you have a special request, please make a note in your appointment form and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

If you’d like to bring someone along, we ask that you limit guests to one per appointment so we can maximize our space and make sure you get all the time and attention you deserve. If your guest wants to try on and shop with you, we recommend that they book an appointment during the same time slot so we can devote individual stylists for each of you and ensure that you both have the full out-of-office experience!

It depends where you live! We use UPS Ground for all orders placed with free shipping. If you live in the New York area, it should take 3-5 business days for your items to arrive. If your items are shipped outside New York and in the U.S., it should take 7-10 business days!* You’ll be notified of your tracking number once your order has shipped. If you require faster delivery, you can choose the express option for an additional charge.
*Please note: National holidays are not considered business days and add an extra day or two to shipping time.
Excellent news: Full price items, unworn and unaltered with original tags attached can be returned for a full refund within 21 days of delivery. A prepaid return label will be included in your order. Feel free to text (914) 825-5266 or email orders@mmlafleur.com if you need help locating your label. All sale items and samples are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged at any time.
Yes! We accept returns from online orders and Bento Boxes in our showrooms. If you’d like to make a size exchange, you’re welcome to try on the new size at the showroom.* If you’re interested in working with a stylist to try additional pieces, please book an appointment. *We can’t guarantee that all styles and sizes will be available at every showroom. Feel free to email bonjour@mmlafleur.com to inquire about the availability of specific pieces.
We sure do. Our stylists will review your profile to determine what you have and love (or have returned!) to make sure we select items to suit your style.
We love hosting groups for private “Sip & Shop” events! Invite your friends, try on our pieces, and sip prosecco. Our stylists will be on-hand for mini styling consultations. Please email events@mmlafleur.com for more details.
Before you arrive, one of our expert stylists will use your survey answers to pull a selection of looks tailored to your style needs and body type. At the appointment, you’ll work with your stylist to determine your best fit and experiment with outfit pairings. If there’s anything you’d like to purchase at the end of your visit, we’ll ship the pieces to you from our warehouse.
We offer complimentary hemming and lengthening on select MM pieces purchased during an appointment at all of our showroom locations. Once an item has been tailored, we cannot accept the return for a refund.
We offer hemming for dresses, skirts, and pants as well as lengthening for garments with extra seam allowance. This is our first foray into in-house alterations, and we hope to expand our offerings in the future!
