Hitha Palepu
Hitha Palepu is a consummate multi-hyphenate. She is an entrepreneur, author, and speaker. She is the CEO of Rhoshan Pharmaceuticals, whose lead product was acquired by Hyloris Pharmaceuticals. She is the author of We’re Speaking: The Life Lessons of Kamala Harris (Little, Brown Spark) and How To Pack: Travel Smart for Any Trip (Clarkson Potter). Hitha lives in NYC with her husband and two sons.Catherine Brown
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Azure AI at Microsoft, Catherine drives the go-to-market strategy for one of Microsoft's biggest differentiators, responsible AI. Catherine's core skillset as a technology marketer is creating meaningful marketing moments that drive positive and impactful experiences with customers. Her sales and marketing career includes working for fast-paced, high growth tech companies like Slalom, Tableau, and DocuSign and she holds both an MBA from Cornell University and an MA in counseling psychology. Catherine founded The Cabro during the haze of maternity leave in late 2020 to create what she could not find on the internet: a place for working mothers to see how another working mother gets it done. She lives in Seattle with her husband and 2 young children.
Jeanelle Teves
Jeanelle Teves is a transformational leader on a mission to empower women in the workplace. As the CCO of Bugaboo North America, she has led successive years of growth for the premiere, Dutch-designed stroller company. Before joining Bugaboo, Jeanelle had a decade-long career in leadership roles at Nike, first in the Amsterdam European headquarters and then in New York City. At Nike, she launched new product categories celebrating sports across all body types, including Nike’s first dance and yoga line for plus-size and pregnant women. Jeanelle received her B.A. from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and her M.B.A. from the European University in Barcelona. Jeanelle is also a first-generation American with a proud Filipino heritage. She resides in New York City with her husband and two young children.
