Do I need an appointment?
When it comes to styling appointments at our showrooms (Bryant Park and D.C.), we recommend booking in advance to ensure a stylist is available to work with you for a full hour. That said, we can accommodate walk-ins if a stylist is available. Please feel free to call the showroom location first to confirm whether or not we can accommodate your specific needs.
Do I get to leave with my purchases?
At our showrooms (Bryant Park and D.C.), your appointment stylist will process your order with complimentary shipping.
At our stores, yes! They're stocked with more inventory than our showrooms, so you can walk away with your purchases.
Which experience is best for me?
Looking for in-depth styling and fit advice? If you live near one of our showrooms (Bryant Park or D.C.), book an appointment to work one-on-one with a stylist for a full hour. Not in either area? Book a virtual appointment to work one-on-one with a stylist for 30 minutes.
If you live near one of our stores in NYC, D.C., Boston, Chicago or Philadelphia and in a pinch (or just looking to try things on), please visit! They're stocked with more inventory than our showrooms, so you can walk away with your purchases.
