Niso Ulmasova (@niso_ulmasova, she/her) was born in Tajikistan and moved to the United States at the age of 10. She pursued higher education at CU Boulder, earning a degree in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. In 2020, Niso relocated to Chicago, where she has spent the last four years building her career as a realtor and establishing a vibrant community from scratch. During this time, she focused on building her personal brand and establishing credibility with clients. She has found great joy in working alongside friends and friends of friends, leveraging these relationships to create a strong, supportive network in both her personal and professional life. @niso_ulmasova

Elena Soboleva is a women empowerer, branding & business coach, and the co-founder of The
EverBoss, a community for conscious women entrepreneurs. Her business journey began with
a significant challenge. After building her career as a fitness influencer and wellness coach, her
Instagram account with a remarkable 157k following was hacked and stolen, resulting in the
loss of her business.
But this setback didn't stop her. Through self-discovery, Elena realized that while she lost her fitness business, she didn't lose her personal brand and mission to empower others. This insight led her to leverage her extensive experience working with different brands and big companies to start her own branding agency and a community for women entrepreneurs. Elena's mission is to guide women in building magnetic personal brands from the inside out, tapping into their unique strengths, and bringing authenticity to the forefront with strategies that convert followers into loyal clients.
