Why We Made the Maaza Dress
Calling all petites! This one’s for you. In response to customer feedback, we designed the Maaza dress to hit above the knee on women who are 5’3” and under. We also love this dress because it’s so versatile—pair it with a blazer to dress it up, sneakers to dress it down, or both for a power-casual look.
What makes OrigamiTech so special?
Machine-Washable
Because you have better places to be than the dry cleaner’s.
Wrinkle-Resistant
No more steaming in the hotel shower.
Lightweight and Easy to Fold
Avoid adding bulk to your suitcase.

Lightweight, wrinkle-resistant, and machine-washable, these suiting styles are made for travel.
This tailored blazer is made from a machine-washable, wrinkle-resistant fabric that looks perfectly polished but is so comfortable, you might be tempted to nap.
This sleek boyfriend blazer has a slightly boxy cut and long hemline, balanced by a slim fit through the shoulders. Dress it down with jeans, or wear it with trousers for a modern take on suiting.
The Colby is our version of a sweatpant for work. An elastic waistband at the back provides comfort and ease, while a leg that tapers at the ankle creates a streamlined silhouette.
MMLafleur knocked it out the park with this one! Walking down the street last week, a woman coming in the opposite direction learned over to my ear and whispered “stunning dress.” Ample room for movement, no wrinkles, easy to dress up or down with fancy flats or sneakers (see shoe choices), can be worn on its own in summer and with the matching Moreland Blazer in spring, and pockets(!). As noted in product description, if you want a tighter fit, size down one from your usual dress size. I did not, and appreciate the extra room on hot days. Great choice for shorter women. I’m 5’5” and this hits just above the knee.
Love this dress. It's comfortable, stretchy, easy to wash, and a great length (I am 5'4"). I can dress it up for date night, wear it for work, or pair it with sneakers and a wrap for a travel day. My new favorite dress.
This dress is touted as wrinkle-resistant, but this is how it arrived....definitely one of the MOST wrinkled clothing items I've received in the mail. Please tell me why there is such a disconnect.
Edging out of the overly comfortable zone
Wow, it feels too clingy to me (I’ve been wearing baggy for decades) but got rave reviews from friends and family.
Incredible all around! The fabric is light and perfect for Texas heat and humidity but not so light that I am cold in the over-air-conditioned office. It doesn’t wrinkle even after sitting at my desk 8 hours. And the cut is impeccable. Everyone told me how flattering it was.
I've bought the black version in 3 different sizes as my body has changed through the past couple of years - and love having it in the green. This is such a perfect dress for any season (great with a jacket or cardigan), can be dressed up or down (wear with heels, sandals or fashion sneakers), and is an amazing travel item (no wrinkles and machine-washable!)
Love the dress, but I think as another reviewer mentioned it would be great to have it in a petite length. I am 5'2" and it is just a tad long. I am thinking of having it hemmed.
I popped into the store in Georgetown with no appointment on a busy weekend day. I really appreciate that they made time for me, as I had a big work trip I needed something new for. As always, MM LeFleur does not disappoint.
Trying to return (or exchange) because it’s too large but i just missed window & had emailed seeking a renewed return label but got no reply at lvillarosa@me.com re order #1456963
For me, the dress is just ok. The fabric is a little thinner than I’d like. My normal size medium was a bit tight in the chest, perfect on the bottom. Exchanged for the large. Too big everywhere. Couldn’t return again so am spending a lot to have it tailored significantly to fit. Wouldn’t buy again.
I wanted to love this but.... the sizing was way off. I would have needed to size down by 2 sizes- and I wear a 4. The looseness of the dress was too much with the fabric and it made me look horrible even being a small lady.
Really, I'd give it 3.5 stars. It's well made, the fabric is perfectly stretchable, and love the color. But why the pockets?!!! Maybe it's just a girl with big hips problem, but pockets make it SO unflattering. I just don't understand who puts stuff in their dress pockets anyway?
I have several maaza dresses, it is part of my weekly wear. The cut with this fabric was strangely unflattering.
Same thing happened with a top earlier this year. Something is off with this satin. Bummed because the fabric os beautiful.
